Wine Summary
The Adelaide Hills is renowned for its prestige whites, and Chardonnay is one of the top varieties for the region. This one comes from the talented folk at Zonte's Footstep, whose intriguingly named wines garner much attention (and lots of glitter from show judges too!) This one boasts a Trophy, and 92 points from the Sommelier Challenge Competition. It's full of ripe melon and green apple fruit, with deliciously creamy, toasty, vanillan oak. If you love lots of flavour then this is definitely the Chardonnay for you! Great at parties (from dusk til dawn perhaps?) but also a great food wine. Try it with creamy chicken dishes.
