Wine Summary
Herbal aromas, intense lemon and kiwi fruit and classical elegance - Tikohi is unmistakably top drawer Kiwi Sauvignon. It comes from Marlborough's 'Golden Mile' – home to the region's top wineries, including Cloudy Bay. Back in 1978 Phil and Chris Rose were pioneers in planting vines in this now famous area, close to the Wairau River. They could see straight away that its free draining stony soil was perfect for growing vines, keeping them thirsty and ensuring great flavour concentration and mineral complexity.
