Wine Summary
60 years ago, Ben and Alma Schild bought a tiny vineyard in Rowland Flat. Their son Ed Schild has since grown the holdings to over 450 acres. Schild’s is very much a family affair, and you can still shake hands with family members from three generations at their beautiful cellar door in Lyndoch. In 2009, Ed realised his dream of producing estate-made wines by building the Schild’s ‘Valley of Hope’ winery. Taste the Double Gold-medal results here!
