Wine Summary
Provence is the epicentre of fine Rosé. Warm sunshine and cooling breezes from the Med encourage the elegant fruit flavours the region is known for. This pretty pink is a delicious find from a small family domaine in Aix en Provence. Using the region’s finest varieties for elegant Rosé, Grenache and Syrah, it’s crafted from hand-picked grapes, harvested in the cool night to seal in freshness. They were sourced from within and just outside the Provence boundary, hence the wine’s Méditerranée label. Subtle berry fruit with a classic savoury edge and bright lemony zip, it’s a top choice with seafood or creamy vegetarian dishes and also great solo.
