Wine Summary
This wine has a lovely balance of fruit, herbal and leafy notes. The nose exhibits uplifted tropical and stone fruit aromas with hints of fresh garden salad and dried herbs. It is a fusion of 65% Sauvignon Blanc grapes and 35% Semillon grapes. It features a pale green colour. The perfumed nose exhibits lifted scents of tropical as well as stone fruits, with light suggestions of dried herbs and freshly mown grass lurking in the background. The vibrant palate packs juicy flavours of gooseberry, lychee and passionfruit. These characters are balanced by crisp lemon acidity, ending the wine in a clean and refreshing finale. Crafted to be relished immediately upon release!
